Yoga Retreat Centers in Rishikesh: Find the Best One

Yoga is more than just asana. It is a way of life which believes in the practice of simple, pure, conscious, healthy lifestyle habits that eventually result in positive benefits in abundance. It encourages a strong and a healthy reconnection with the self. It encourages everyone who practices it to live in the present, create self-awareness within the body and mind, lose ego, foster acceptance, and detach from external irritations.

The yogic lifestyle teaches one to free themselves from the unwanted mental noise which leads to unnecessary stress and in turn build and develop a healthy body. It helps an individual become free from pain and suffering. This is the end result after one has become completely present, physically and mentally pure, strong, and focused.

Rishikesh is known as the world capital of yoga. There is no better place to practice yoga than in this small town nestled in the foothills of the majestic Himalayan Mountains, in Northern India’s Uttarakhand state. The place is the starting point for many pilgrimages to ancient temples located in the Himalayas and has the largest number of yoga ashrams in the world. It is not surprising that people from all walks of life and from all over the world visit Rishikesh for learning yoga in the various ashrams that dot the town.

Located on the banks of the river Ganges, Rishikesh is an ideal retreat for self-growth and self-realization through the practice of the ancient art form. Its powerful spiritual energy attracts pilgrims, seekers, yoga practitioners, and international travelers. It is an ideal place for a beginner to embark on their yogic journey under the guidance of an experienced practitioner. The teacher can also help deepen the student’s knowledge further. People can share their experiences, wisdom, and knowledge of this ancient science with everyone who has a desire to deepen their understanding of life. The process also leads to the practitioner’s spiritual and personal growth.

There are many yoga retreat centers in Rishikesh. Here’s how you find the one of the best ones for yourself:

•Search online first. The best centers have websites that they update regularly and on which they share details of their programs, schedules, fees, accommodation and other details.

•Check the program properly. If you are a beginner, look at what the centers offer for people such as yourself. The best centers will teach you the basics and will also let you try and opt for advanced programs after the beginner course.

•Understand what you want to learn. The yoga centers have experienced teachers who can train you on all forms of yoga. But learning each type takes time and patience. The best centers will let you explore each type of yoga but will only train you on one type at a time.

What is the difference between MBA and PGDM?

Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) both are management courses. But there is slight difference between these two which has to be understood by the students who prefer to study these courses. Many of you will get confused on hearing these terms, some of you might think both are same and others will think PGDM as a diploma and MBA as a Master degree.
Here I would like to make you clear about the difference that lies in MBA and PGDM course. The curriculum and focus in both the courses vary accordingly.
MBA:-
Master of Business Administration(MBA) can only be offered by the institutions that are affiliated to an university. It enables you to carryout further studies (E.g M.Phil, PhD etc.,) in reputed institutes of any country after completion easily. Theoretical aspects of management are focused more. MBA helps you in developing your technical skills and gaining business knowledge. The curriculum of MBA will be framed by the universities and the change in the same will be rare.

PGDM:-
Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is offered by autonomous colleges or institutes but it needs to be recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). You can do further studies only if the concerned institute is having accreditation from The Association of Indian Universities (AIU). PGDM course is industry oriented and helps you to build soft skills. As the institute that offers this is independent, the curriculum can be changed according to recent industry standards and business trends.
PGDM is considered equivalent to MBA when the institute that offers the course is accredited from AIU and it prepares you for a senior management position. In general MBA costs less than PGDM course.
Hope you have understood the exact difference. Now, choose the one that suits your career.

Once you forget your PIN, snapchat won’t recover the images. At its best, snapchat is a most authentic social network because it doesn't have any permanent record. Current Scenario:
Today's health care vertical is mostly controlled by corporate industries and it's too hard for a normal middle class and low income people to get good health care. The whole government health care set up is eroded with corruption  and what is the remedy for it.
The health care should be fully taken into the control of government with a separate Investigation department to control and audit healthcare strictly. Government should increase the funds for healthcare in budget to benefit the needy
Doctors should serve the society with high human values. Because most of the people see doctor as a reflection of god in India. We trust you to our life.

African Liberation Day

On April 15, 1958, in the city of Accra Ghana, African leaders and political activists gathered at the first Conference of Independent African States.  It was attended by representatives of the governments of Ethiopia, Ghana, Liberia, Libya, Morocco, Sudan, Tunisia, The United Arab Republic (which was the federation of Egypt and Syria) and representatives of the National Liberation Front of Algeria and the Union of Cameroonian Peoples.  This conference was significant in that it represented the first Pan-African Conference held on African soil.  It was also significant in that it represented the collective expression of African People’s disgust with the system of colonialism and imperialism, which brought so much suffering to African People.  Further, it represented the collective will to see the system of colonialism permanently done away with.
After 500 years of the most brutal and the subsequent slave trade, which cost Africa in excess of 100,000,000 of her children, the masses of African People singularly, separately, individually, in small disconnected groupings for centuries had said, “enough”!  But in 1958, at the Accra Conference, it was being said in ways that emphasized joint, coordinated and unified action.
This conference gave sharp clarity and definition to Pan-Africanism, the total liberation and unification of Africa under scientific socialism.  The conference as well laid the foundation and the strategy for the further intensification and coordination of the next stage of the African Revolution, for the liberation of the rest of Africa, and eventual and complete unification.

The Conference called for the founding of African Freedom Day, a day to, “mark each year the onward progress of the liberation movement, and to symbolize the determination of the People of Africa to free themselves from foreign domination and exploitation.”
Five years later after the First Conference of Independent African States in the city of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia another historical meeting occurred.  On May 25, 1963, leaders of thirty-two independent African States met to form the Organization of African Unity (OAU).  By then more than two thirds of the continent had achieved independence from colonial rule.  At this historic meeting the date of Africa Freedom Day was changed from April 15th to May 25th and Africa Freedom Day was declared African Liberation Day (ALD).  African Liberation Day has been held on May 25th in every corner of the world since.
African Liberation Day as an institution within the Pan-African movement reflects the growth and development of Pan-Africanism.  When Pan-Africanism was faced with fighting colonialism, the focus of African Liberation Day was on the anti-colonial struggle and the fight for national independence.  As Pan-Africanism grew stronger and developed into a more mature objective, African Liberation Day
